HOW DO I START?
Basically, to qualify as a Sweida’s Wholesale customer you must be a business. You must be either on-selling our products to consumers or using our products as a part of your business or organisation.
Once you have ironed out that crinkle and you think you qualify, please head on over to our registration page. Complete the short application form, agree to the T&C’s and hit submit. This application process will only take a few minutes.
Upon we receive the online registration you will get a reply from our Customer Service team as to whether or not you have been successful in becoming a Sweida’s customer, or if we require further information on your business.
You’re almost there!
After being accepted, we will send you our Pre-paid account application form that needs to be completed and returned.
Then Voila! Once the forms are received we can instantly activate your website login for you to have full access to our wholesale pricing and benefits.
We have a $250 first order minimum excluding GST & Freight, so once you’re ready to rock n’ roll start shopping!
CAN I HAVE A 30 DAY ACCOUNT?
Once you have been an ongoing consistent customer of Sweida’s, you are more than welcome to apply for a 30 day account. Please contact our Customer Serivce team and let them know that you are interested in applying for a 30 day account. Please be aware that there are a few things to consider before apply for a 30 day account, we require that you provide some trade references and business history.
Contact our Customer Service team via e-mail or phone to begin the application process. Or pop into our showroom as we love meeting our customers in person.
HOW LONG IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Please allow us 24 hours to process your orders and get them out the door. Once your order has been collected by our couriers you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. If you ever need to find out the status of your order, please contact our office and our Customer Service team will keep you up to speed with how you order is going.
Oh and remember that HALLOWEEN season is a little hectic here at the Sweida’s, so please keep that in mind when placing your Halloween orders. Our Staff do turn into Zombies and work through the night to get your orders out as quickly as possible. But beware that processing times will be longer than usual.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
The team here at Sweida’s absolutely love our customers and we want you to get more ‘Bang for your Buck’, this is why we have our flat freight rate policy. This allows you guys to order up big and only pay the flat freight rate for your state. Please refer to our freight rate guide to know exactly what you will be paying for your freight with no nasty surprises once you receive your order.
HOW DO I PAY MY ACCOUNT?
Pay your account via bank deposit, credit card or cash. Whichever you prefer, we don’t mind. Simply call up our office and speak to one our customer Service team, they will guide you through the process using your prefered payment method.
HOW DO I KNOW THE QUALITY OF AN ITEM?
We understand that at times it is hard to gauge the quality of a product by a picture. We have the same problem when sourcing our products for you.
Thankfully, we are just a phone call away. We love a good chat, so jump on the phone, or if you are short on time send us an e-mail. We are more than happy to give you an honest and detailed description on any one of our products. Alternatively, if you are local, feel free to pop into our showroom any weekday during our trading hours to test and feel for yourself.

CAN I BUY RETAIL FROM YOU?
